BEDROOMS

After a full day of having your toes in the sand, retreat to your master suite to get one last peek of the ocean before retiring to your rainfall shower. Or soak yourself in a large standalone tub. The Man Cave features a king bed, smart tv, and a state of art Barrington Premium 12 feet Roll and Score game set with built-in LED lights, automatic ball return, and arcade sound effects.

The massive outdoor deck features a dining set and a gas grill for a sunset dinner. The bonus “lower” patio also features seating, lounge chairs, hammocks, and a sandbox.

FURRY FRIENDS

• Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
• Must be fully house trained
• Must be completely cleaned up after
• Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area
• Crated indoors when not home with the pet
• If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
• Not allowed on indoor furniture or bedding

KINDLY NOTE

Our house is located further to a more quiet and private beach area however the Pier and bustling shopping and restaurants are only a mile away.

Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels. Outside cameras are located by the front, side yard and backyard pointing to the dock, and one camera is inside the garage, and ON 24/7 (kindly note that guests do not have access to the garage).

The Man Cave with the game room is located on the first floor, having a separate back door entrance, and not being connected to the inside staircase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
