Bedroom 4: A kids’ paradise with bright colors, a kid-sized camping play tent, two sets of bunk beds, and plenty of toys and games.

Bedroom 5 (Man-Cave): King-sized bed. This bedroom can also double as a man cave, with a foosball table, private sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. It’s on the ground floor.

If you’re traveling with your little ones, feel free to use all of our clean and sanitized baby equipment like the Pack n Play and high chair!

FURRY FRIENDS

– Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.

– Must be fully house trained and behaved dogs

– Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area

– Crated indoors when not home with the pet

– If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made

– Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding or community pool areas or amenities

KINDLY NOTE

– For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.

– Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.

– Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

– Kindly adhere to the quiet hours from 10 PM till 7 AM, which must be observed as per city ordinances.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.

The owner/property manager does not have control over pool closure due to maintenance or emergency.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
