FURRY FRIENDS

– Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
– Must be fully house trained
– Must be completely cleaned up after
– Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area
– Crated indoors when not home with the pet
– If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
– Not allowed on indoor furniture or bedding

KINDLY NOTE

– For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.
– Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
– Heated pool feature is available for an extra $40/night or $800/month (b/w Oct to May)
– Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
– Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: for the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
